Making a Cartwheel

Heather

How good of a photographer does one need to be to take a photo of a cartwheeler?  Not very.

A few people have asked how we catch the cartwheel shots and it’s really very simple, the high speed function on our point and shoot camera.  This is what a “raw” cartwheel photo looks like:

We then simply choose the one we like the most (which is usually the one with my legs straight-if I managed that).  It is that easy (once you find out your camera does high speed).

Follow the next adventure at http://appalachiantrials.com/author/heather-and-dan/ (we do hope to get our posts up here too, but that might be slow as I’m quite sure there is no internet in the woods.)
